Nando's Ormonde — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am not very happy with my experience, I ordered for delivery online from Nando's Ormonde, and received an sms that it will be delivered at 10:45, until 12:30 it was still not delivered and I had to drive to the store and when I got there the staff was very rude to me telling me I put in the order for 14:00, how is that possible if the same system sent me an sms that the order will be delivered at 10:45? Now that I am at the store, I am supposed to be treated like everyone else that came to the store, but they still wanted me to pay for the delivery amounts when I have spent 4 hours waiting for the food and a further 15 minutes waiting for food to be prepared in the store. It's not fair that I have to take responsibility for whatever glitches in their system, what is even more annoying is that the staff member that was assisting me was not ready to take responsibility and kept blaming me for putting in the order for delivery at 14:00, how does that make sense when the very Nando's told me my order will be in my hands by 10:45? When I was at the store I checked my order online then it shows its been delivered, how funny. Basically the staff at Nando's Ormonde were very rude and acted like they are not ready to work because even the first person I got at the till kept telling me that they don't have the order and not willing to assist any further, until they called someone senior, who just made it worse with her blame shifting. I'm shocked and disappointed at the service I received on Friday the 24/05/2019. The staff is so rude! This is my Second experience with encountering rude and disrespectful staff. I asked for a glass of water because my 3year old had some of my hot sauce your waitress rolled her eyes and said "okay"- she did not bring it. I then Decided to leave especially after the waitress was so rude. I asked another waitress for a take away.... Her abrupt response was "ill bring you a box because I'm leaving now" Nandos ormonde you need an intervention with your staff members. This place is like a lucky packet.... You never know what kind of service you going to get. And judging by the reviews... I'm not the only one with...

The service at Nandos Ormonde is terrible and I've come to the conclusion that they do not appreciate their customers. I was here in early December 2018 and it seems as if though they have gone grom bad to worse. The place is not clean upto Nando' s standard and there are flies all over the place. The bathrooms are terrible and they stink. The soap dispenser is still not working The hand towel is finished and again no one cares to fill it up. Lastly the staff need customer service training including the managers. I'm never coming back here and the rating of 1 out of 5 is too good...
