My partner and I recently dined at Ribs and Burgers in The Marc, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised by the lightning-fast service. In less than 10 minutes, our food arrived at our table after we placed our order – talk about efficiency!
The ambiance was fantastic, with great music that added to the overall vibe of the place. Our waiter was not only friendly but also eager to assist us in choosing from their fantastic selection of burgers. Speaking of which, I must highly recommend the Wagyu Bacon Burger – it was an absolute flavor explosion and a must-try for any burger enthusiast.
To complement our meal, we ordered Thick Shakes, and boy, were they thick indeed! Bursting with flavor, these shakes were a delightful addition to our dining experience, and I can't recommend them enough.
We used The Entertainer for our payment, and while it was a bit disappointing that the 2 for 1 voucher didn't cover their premium burgers, it didn't dampen our overall satisfaction with the service and food quality.

With a sad heart, I'm editing this review to reflect my recent experience. Despite asking and even pleading: these are no longer thick shakes. The last 3 times ordering it was juts normal liquid shakes. The prerequisite spoon no longer required. Please increase the price if thickness is an issue. You were the last place in Sandton with truly thick shakes. I don't know where to go now.... To add insult to injury, the milkshakes were not drinkable tonight. The ice-cream has obviously started to turn.. and has that chemical taste that these soft serve ice-creams get once they go off. Please have your staff taste before service.

Very impressed with this place. Simple really tasty and juicy burgers. Tons of greens. A "real" burger.
But the real show stoppers are the milkshakes. Non of this freakshake nonsense where they put tons stuff on top of a yuck milkshake. They're simple, thick and loaded with flavour. They're simply the best milkshake in town.

This place is not to be missed!! It's my by far my absolute favorite burger iv ever ever had! From anywhere !! Huge value for money for a proper steakhouse burger ! There chips are amazing and onion rings are so crispy and light not a slightly bit oily. We also had ribs and they are soft juicy and literally fall off the bone. We had the privilege of winning a competion and got to taste there burger boxes !! Huge value for money. R100 gets you 2 succulent chicken strips fresh crispy chips and ol school cheese burger and a Coldrink !!! Could eat it all !!
