RocoMamas Stoneridge — Restaurant in Gauteng

We ordered 3 burgers. It took over an hour to get our food.when we got it they had mixed up all 3 orders. The waitress tried to sort it out. The manager blamed the waitress, when it was clearly the kitchen. The food was so cold, it felt like it had come out the fridge. The female manager wasn't particularly interested. Blaming the waitress. She took our number and said she would contact us, to come for a free meal. She never did. She just wanted to get rid of us and make the problem go away. She was assisting in the kitchen that night. And refused to take responsibility for the whole mess up. The manager is not helpful, she has a bad attitude and the service all around was shocking. The only thing I received on my burger was a patty and caramelised onions. And a lot of them. Nothing else I ordered. When we sent it back, they still didn't get the order right. When then decided to just eat what was given. Once we finished our burgers, the cheese fries came. Cold and the cheese was cold. Will NEVER EVER go back there. They messed up my daughters birthday supper. We have never eaten such bad food before, or had staff that just couldn't care...

Wanted to try a different rocomamas for a change, bad mistake. The restaurant had loadshedding upon arrival but the manager and waitress both failed to tell us what foods wouldn’t be available due to the loadshedding (I only got told that it would take a little longer). Then we ordered and eventually after 15-20 minutes were told that only chips wouldn’t be able to be made. My boyfriend got his burger eventually and I was still waiting for my food. Then after about 45 minutes to an hour after I ordered I had to ask where my food was only to be told it couldn’t be made due to loadshedding. Why could I not have been told earlier? The manager never came over to apologize, quite poor service all round. We were then still expected to pay the price of what the promotion was even though we didn’t receive the chips. The manager didn’t know what to do… and still after complaining he didn’t once come over to apologize for the...

Very disappointed, first time eating at this rocomamas, worst experience I've ever had at a rocomamas. Firstly the food was good but due to level 4 lockdown you cannot sit at the restaurant only takeaway so we ordered collected our food... When i asked the waiter if everything was in the packet including knives and forks because we ordered a waffle he rudely said no we don't provide that for takeaways and i was shocked and said that doesn't make sense its a takeaway waffle how must i eat it with the ice cream. He just said well thats how we work what do u think of that rudely and i was calm and just said i dont think it makes sense and asked who the manager is and he said I am and we dont provide that. By this point i gave up and said ok and we left...luckily the ocean baskets next to them were kind enough to give us cutlery to eat our food even though we didnt buy...
