Disgusting service and attitude when proven wrong...
I gave your staff the delivery address on the day i purchased 2023-12-07 the items which the delivery was for 2 weeks time. 2023-12-18 (1st delivery of the day)
Your staff logged it 2ce in store.
They contacted Spartan delivery while I was in store, gave them the document number, the delivery address and I was told by YOUR staff that Spartan would contact me - which never happened.
I emailed the instructions to Leroy again as a back up and got no response...
Katy confirmed the delivery address on the 14th.
The driver himself and Katy confirmed that morning the delivery address at 09:47 and I sent the driver the location to ensure.
They said they went to my other delivery site - which is impossible as my other site had people there and said no truck arrived.
I was messed around on site the whole day with my staff at a client and no work to start as the delivery was not done and when I was told they were coming to deliver it was already 15:30 and to late.
I had to come into your branch and try sort things out as Katy is useless and Lee-Anne was not winning with the other staff.
You delivered my stock the next day at 09:00am - and shocking to see it was the wromg size steel - meaning yet again I couldn't work on anything at the client.
After chasing your staff the whole day yet again relaying the info to you and then having to apologise to the new client, the stock arrived at 14:00 wasting yet another day of my time & labour on site which means I had to insure addittional time in order to complete the project... as well as inconvenience my client.
I then send Leroy an invoice for time wasted & revenue lost due to your trucks and delivery system not being in sync after organising this 2 weeks in advance - and to apologise you offer me a tiny voucher and say sorry this is the best we can do.
Meanwhile I lost 2 full days labour on site and petrol as I drove to client and waited for 2 full days....
I'm in utter disgust ad store manager has not responded, the voucher was nowhere sufficient and they basically say we acknowledge we made the huge mistakes but here is a slap in the face voucher.

Read moreRidiculously, Disgustingly Poorest Service Ever. Bought Plant Pots Online, 150 of them. They deliver 60 without any communication. When I call they tell me they didn’t not have all 150 in stock. When I ordered, they had 193 in stock. They failed to process my order in time and ended up having less than ordered. When I complain, they issue another delivery for 60 from Little Falls Branch and said they will refund the remaining 30 as they do not have stock. A month later I still have not received my refund. I decide to drive to the Store in Greenstone all the way from Pretoria because the incompetence has rotten from the top to the bottom. I get to the shop, give them two options, refund or my remaining stock. They now want to give me 29 because according to their system and disgusting incompetency, they recorded that they delivered 121, while it was 60 + 60 they delivered. I get to the store and wait an hour while they still decide about the extra 1 pot which must make 30. I called numerous times, requesting to speak to branch manager and all they send me to is the same incompetent department manager called Pleasure and he is so incompetent, like they work in a day care to play with children in the sand. I sent numerous emails, they same incompetent CRM does not respond to complains. A month later they ask for a review and I send another complain asking them where my refund is. When you call, you will hold for hours, speaking to every incompetent person in the call Centre, while they transfer you to another incompetent person at the store over and over again. I don’t know how an incompetent person like Pleasure is a manager and yet I don’t understand why after numerous emails and calls, requesting for the store manager or regional manager, they said I will receive a call but still nothing.
