Exceptional Dining Experience at Simply Asia Stoneridge

My partner and I dined at Simply Asia Stoneridge today, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into a peaceful and inviting atmosphere, setting the perfect tone for an enjoyable meal.

The attention to detail in both service and food presentation was outstanding. The sushi, prepared by Njabulo, was easily some of the best we’ve ever had—fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly generous in portion. We’ve been to many restaurants that serve sushi, but this experience stood out so much that I had to personally thank the chef afterward!

In addition to the sushi, we ordered seafood noodles and soup noodles, both of which were flavorful, well-balanced, and of excellent quality. Every bite showcased fresh ingredients and expert preparation.

Simply Asia Stoneridge has truly set a new standard for us, and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates top-notch Thai cuisine and sushi with...

If i had it my way i would not give this shop a one Star rating because they service and food is absolutely horrible. We called and ordered the 545 and requested extra hot and extra broth. On arrival we paid and walked out with our food only to realise the broth was so less compared to normal we then went back into the shop and spoke to the lady at the cashier desk last just and she was so persistent that its the right amount of broth and she brought the containers to show us we told her its not the first time we ordered from here and the broth is always all different qualities thats why we always ask for extra. we said its fine and we left and we came home to have dinner and the 545 was mild even thou we asked for extra hot and you guys can go listen to the recording this branch is absolutely horrible and they do not care about their customers and the way you guys act as if you give us the food for free! We pay money that we work hard for thats why we complain when things are not up...

At some stage this was really tasty authentic Thai food... 06 March 2025 I ordered my favorite regular Thai Fried Rice and what complete disappointment... Yuck! The food was bland and rice was overcooked and flavorless like no salt was added. The other meals were similarly disappointing boiled chicken slivers floating in watery liquid with bobbing mushroom... service awful, I specifically requested condiments be included to my order and had to phone in to ask why they were left off and the response was "sorry we were busy!!!". Horrid service horrid food. Good buy Simply Asia,

Update: The above complaint was managed and handled very well. I was contacted my issue was taken seriously, the manager of the branch called me and discussed my feedback and even went so far as to send me replacement meal from a DIFFERENT branch which made all the difference. 20 out of10 for customer service in the face...
