I had the incredible opportunity to work two shifts at Rush Express Greenstone as part of a school assignment, and it turned out to be one of the most valuable experiences I’ve had. Although it was challenging at times, it was equally rewarding. I learned so much from my time there, especially from the people who guided and supported me throughout the process. I was fortunate to shadow Kamogelo and Sibongakonke, who taught me everything I needed to know about being a court monitor. They showed me how to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all the children, how to be attentive, responsible, and alert at all times, and how to perform my duties effectively. They didn’t just teach me the job they helped me understand what it means to be a court monitor: someone who protects, engages, and brings joy to every child who enters the play area. I also learned a lot from Kellisha; Hope and Angelo, who introduced me to the world of party hosting. From them, I discovered how to communicate with parents and children to make their day extra special, how to take and manage client orders properly, and how to create a magical and memorable experience for every guest. Their energy, professionalism, and dedication truly inspired me to be the best version of myself in the workplace. All of this would not have been possible without the support of the management team, especially the General Manager, Klaus, and the Manager, Renay. Klaus gave me this amazing chance, and for that, I am truly grateful. In return, I did my best to observe, learn, and take in as much as I could. Through him and Renay, I gained insight into how Rush operates day-to-day, how much effort and coordination go into running such a busy and successful business, and how hard every single staff member works, whether they are court monitors ensuring safety and fun, hosts making sure every party is unforgettable, or managers keeping everything running like clockwork. With full honesty, I can say that Klaus is an incredible leader. He manages the business with professionalism, passion, and care. He doesn’t just oversee his team; he works alongside them and supports them when needed. His leadership style is something I truly admire and hope to carry with me into any future job. I can with full honesty recommend Rush Express Greenstone where you and your kids can enjoy a memorable day full of fun...

Read moreWent there for a birthday party today. My aunt booked the party place area for it, and she was told that it was a private area when she called before she booked. Then today, there was just random kids walking in and out that area the whole time. And they didnt get told anything by the workers and we had to tell them to go. While some kids were jumping, we kept getting told that only one person could go on a trampoline, but there were other kids doing it, and nothing was being told to them. Some kids kept jumping where other kids were, and they didnt move. We went to the climbing area, and waited in the line. We waited for long because the lady there kept letting the same people go climb multiple times on all the climbing stuff. She didnt even look or ask us anything. Then another worker came, and we went. He was better and much nicer. Back at the party area, after we cut the cake, my little cousin went back to jump and one of the workers raised her voice at her telling her that the time was up, instead of saying it nicely. And when we were leaving we made complaints because of them, they had nothing to say. And when we went to the escalators infront of them, one of the workers started to take pictures of my mom. Very very bad service. Bad workers too. This place is rubbish, they lie and dont even do their jobs right. Never going there...
