I just got home from your restaurant l dont wanna lie l had the worse night ever.l got chicken which was smelling very bad.just after eating one piece l started throwing up badly.l think l went to the toilet more than thrice throwing up everything l ate.the lady who was serving us actually followed me to the bathroom. She saw it l wasnt well....l told her the chicken is bad,the moment l took first bite there and there things got out of hand.not one single Apology from her,not one single from the manager,noone came to explain what happened rather they just asked if they can serve us another chicken Really is this what we expect from a hig brand like you guys.the way the treated everything they made us feel like maybe you were not gonna afford your meal.because after l came back from the bathroom the waitress was so cold and l askeď the bill.paid for what we ate and left

I dont wanna lie l enjoyed my first time there when l went with my sisters and today l took my husband there in confidence, no guys its not fair not fair at all.the colour on that leg portion was very dark from inside.the fact that they just offered if they can offer us another right away made me think maybe they knew its bad already.l qm really angry and even now l.am still vomiting.l am a qualified Public relations person.l didnt want to make a scene for the sake of other customers but after we were asked if we want another chicken or.....l felt l was supposed to grab that karaoke mic that was there and tell every customer there what happened and what...

Booked a table for 5 a week earlier but the table was not ready or cleaned up when we arrived then they hurried tried to while we stood by but the table was wiped with a cloth that left a stench on the surface and it was very off putting so much so that we asked to be moved. That stinky cloth hangs on the front of the waiters apron so the smell comes along for a free ride with every stop he makes at our table!!!The restaurant has huge windows but none were open and it was so warm in there. We were told via the waiter that the bar cannot make us mocktails from the usual cocktails (pina colada’s, daiquiris etc as listed) but every other restaurant simply omits the alcohol but not this place! Service was slow and our waiter just disappeared on us then another started serving us and he clearly didn’t want to be there! Food was mediocre and nothing in flavor sticks out for me as memorable! Overall mundane place to spend an evening at.

We revisited Piatto for a meal since learning that it is now under new management and I was pleasantly surprised by the remodel of the interior. The place now looks beautiful and inviting! The food was superb, it was delicious and fresh!! The service was also great and our waitress was very efficient!! I just hope that this momentum continues. Overall experience was awesome and I will definitely return!!
