Roman's Pizza Waterkloof Ridge — Restaurant in Gauteng

Roman’s Pizza prices are reasonable so I placed a telephonic order for 2 large pizzas @ R168.80 (Sweetlicious Chicken and Mushroom Margarita) and was told to collect in 15 minutes which I did. However after waiting 5 minutes at the collect window I was told my order was not ready and I should park and wait and they would bring my pizzas. 15 minutes later my pizzas were brought to me so I get the impression that my order was never prepared until I actually arrived to collect it. If this was all I wouldn’t have bothered to write a review, but the saga continued because when I got home I found the Mushroom Margarita had been replaced with something else. The Sweetlicious Chicken was ok and my wife enjoyed it. I phoned to complain and was told by management that a replacement pizza would be made immediately and delivered. 45 minutes later, hungry and irritated, I phoned to find what had become of my order and was told that the pizza was ready and they had been waiting for a driver who had now arrived. Another 30 minutes later, despite that my houses is only 1km away from Roman’s Pizza, my order arrived, cold and unappetising. My pizza's were ready on the pass. I asked one of the staff at the tilk to pass me my order, but was ignored. I spoke to the lady who originally spoke to me and she helped a driver abd a customer before helping me. To customers who order Uber and Mr D, your orders are not a priority to the owners or staff if these establishments. So sad we are treated so badly. I tell customers of the bad service every time I do a delivery. One way if losing customers. Owners, talk to your staff again....

I just collected 4 pizzas from Roman's in Waterkloof Ridge. I was given 3 serviettes and I asked for a 4th one. I was rudely told it was mire than enough. This is one of the reasons the Roman's in Hatfield closed down. The owners are never made awsre of the bad service and rude staff. Times are tough! Look after the people who walk in...

When we ordered they told us that it will take 20 minutes for order to be done... After waiting more than 20 minutes & seeing that pizzas ordered after we ordered being finished / collected, we smelled a rat... When I confronted the staff @ Roman's Pizza to hear how long still for our order to be completed, they said soon (you could see they were lying... They then only started with our order (25 minutes late!!) & then took another 20 to 25 minutes (you could see our order was rushed & it looked like it was made by a 10 year old...). I will never buy @ Roman's Waterkloof again & is still waiting for Roman's Branch Manager & Head Office to phone me! If you are in the Pizza industry, you should open a Pizza place opposite them, you will inherit all their clients due to Roman's Waterkloof having no / poor service & lack...
