Service is ridiculous.... The guy kept on gossiping in hindi to his manager in front of us, unfriendly, flies landing on the laddoos, we bought the burfis but from inside the counter..... Very disappointing...... When we complained about the service and asked for the owners number, the guy with bun refused...... I have never received bad service like this in my life..... This was my second experience with this type of attitude, the first time, the guy only started to warm up after he realized I was going to buy for more than a thousand rand..... Makes me sick for people to have that mentality when it comes to customers....... One more thing I need to let everyone know, when my family told the gentlemen that a fly just sat on the ladoo, the guy told his manager please bring agrabathi, (insence stick) and light it as there are flies..... No, he did not remove it and apologise for leaving it open, he just carried on which makes me thing how many times a day did the fly or flies actually sit on...

Very poor service from Shalimar Delight.

I placed an online order and received the wrong products. The store had no contact number or proper support. I tried to reach out on Instagram but got no response. The next day, I found a WhatsApp number on Google, but even there they responded very late.

When I raised the issue, they told me I had to return the wrong products myself, as they don’t offer any delivery service to collect mistakes and send the correct order. I eventually chose to keep the wrong items, even though the price I paid was higher than the value of what I received.

To make matters worse, today I opened a jelly packet and discovered it was expired (August 2025) even though I placed my order on 3 September 2025. When I contacted them again on WhatsApp, all they said was “I will check stock and get back to you” — no proper resolution.
