Steers — Restaurant in Gauteng

I placed an order on the app at 12.35pm from the Braamfontein store. I called at 13.09pm to enquire where my order was. Staff member told me driver has left and is on his way he will call me when he is outside. I call back at exactly 13.35pm being an hour since I ordered and request for manager just for her to tell me the same story!!!! Telling me that the store is busy is not any clients concern. Secondly the app allows one to track the order but in this case it could not be done. Steers Braamfontein need to consider their lack of good customer service and literal poor management problem...

I am utterly disappointed and humiliated in the service I received at this store. I ordered a choc ripple and received something much lower in price. A plain vanilla ice cream with chocolate flake🚮.

Thubelihle Ncube even had the nerve to ask us if we knew what we were ordering to with an attitude. If the store doesn’t have the products it displays just say so, dont try fool us with other items on the menu which are not the same in value.

Ntando has a very attitude, wanted to top my soda instead of getting a can I wanted a buddy so I asked her to add R2 to my order and she tells me that she has closed the check 👀👀. Secondly got there at 21:30 since they close at 22:00 but to my surprise they soft serve machine is open and cleaned couldn’t get a milkshake 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️. If the store closes at 22:00 I believe all service and products should be available till closing time unless if they ran...
