I am so disappointed at Steers Fourways Mall. I ordered a King Steer Burger meal and I was given the wrong order. I called immediately when I realised this and the lady said she would call me back. I asked if I should drive back and she said no. 30 mins later she still had not called me. I called again and she said she would call me. I called for tbe throw time an hour later, only to be told that they would ratify the mistake the next time I'm around the mall as they could not deliver the right order to me. I drove back to get the right order and they were not going to make any effort to call me or deliver my food. I was told that for an hour they were still trying to figure out what had happened, like I bought the food because I was hungry for...

Located downstairs on the food court. When using google for directions try be on the lowest floor.

Efficient service, time from order to preparation. Food as expected nothing above ordinary nor below usual.

Looks staffed to handle high volumes of customers. Also seems some are still in Training for example the young lady giving the food tried to tell customers that they aren’t allowed to keep their receipts as she has to get them back, senior staff able to correct that after slight delay.

They have slushies - Fanta orange or Cream soda options. Nice to know what drink the slushies are made of. Texture More like crushed ice than snow. Extremely sweet at first then gets better. We ideal for warm day....

I got there at 10:30 waited as there was no cashier to place my order she only came out at 10:35 I placed my order she then went to the back grabbed 1 chicken thigh and put it on the griller and disappeared again a tall light skinned guy came out and finished the grill packed it and gave it to the guy that was there before me so I asked him about my order he said it's still being prepared I asked how as the grill was empty, they said I must give them 10 more minutes now the time is 10:50, I cancelled the order and asked for refund, their supervisor was delaying in doing the refund, it's like they did not want to there at all I have never seen such incompetence, poor customer...
