Kingfisher Lodge — Hotel in Gauteng

The bed was comfortable, however my room's toilet seat was broken, the bathroom light did not work, no soap or shampoo was provided, there was a half step leading from bedroom to bathroom that I thought was actually quite dangerous. There was also a strange neon light erected in the bedroom that was quite off-putting.

My colleague advised that his bed was also comfortable, however the sofa was dirty, furniture was broken, no soap and shampoo provided, his toilet seat was also broken, there was poor light in the bathroom. He also had the strange neon light erected around his bedroom.

Shocking experience. No toilet paper or towels. Lights broken and some not turning on at all. The front security gate is even alarming due to the fact anyone can sneak through the massive gap down the middle. ||I said I refused to stay and was willing to pay for the first night as I didn't want to have them lose money. After a discussion with the receptionist, she agreed to refund the other 2 nights under management's request. But now they have blocked my number and will not respond. It's been about a month now and still nothing. I wouldn't recommend this facility or staff service...

When I got there I was checked in the wrong room. When I asked for my room I booked I was told but why this big room you are just 1 person. When I got to the room, I switched on the TV to watch.
