Wimpy — Restaurant in Gauteng

Apparently I was served by Moses, first all Moses didn't pay any attention on me, as I was looking at the menu he came and suggested I buy a promo meal which was a burger and chips for R89, which I think he knew it was already there waiting I don't know for how long, the guy came with a meal which you can just tell by looking at it that it long long done, chips were not fresh , the bun was so hard, I didn't finish the meal, I couldn't.... Right there at the restaurant I felt stomach cramps I felt so sick, I called him for a bill which he took his time to bring it, when he finally he came, he asked for my bank card and I said I'm using cash, and I asked if I could talk to him for a moment, I told him that I was not happy with the meal and the treatment, he didn't deny that the meal was not fresh but he said I should have told him so they could change the bun, wow....

My question is, why give the customers the meal that was long long done, now I'm sick, couldn't sleep last night, I was vomiting the whole night, even now I have no energy, and I need to report at work for night shift.... I'm so...

I recently dined at Wimpy Fourways Mall and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, but what truly made the day special was the exceptional service provided by two outstanding waiters, Cebisile Moyo and Unathi.

From the moment we were seated, Cebi was attentive, friendly, and made sure all our needs were met. She had great recommendations and made us feel incredibly welcome.

The 1st time experience :If you love wimpy cheese burger or milkshake or egg on toast or wimpy coffee. Burger is perfect, chips are crispy, yummy milkshake, everything that was ordered was perfect. Service from Portia is excellent and with a smile, plus all order notes are followed. The 2nd time experience: Sorry all, they were very quite, service was really bad from another waitress that looked like she didnt want to be there, chips was under fried and soggy, milkshake was just flavoured milk with cream. Thought I found the Wimpy, but I was mistaken. Managers just sit in the front without checking if customers have been served or if they are happy with their orders.
