On the 9th of June 2024 around 12 I came to order pizza at Fourways Mall but I ordered using the machine that normally takes card payments only and not over the counter. The machine took forever to process my order however, the money got deducted from my account and one of the cashiers come to me to find out what’s going on. I show her that the money got deducted however I’m not getting any receipt. I go sit down thinking everything is sorted only to find that they can’t help me because they can’t find the receipt and the worst part of it is that they didn’t come to me to tell me this and when I got to the counter , I had no choice but to buy again regardless of being told that I won’t be assisted in getting my money that I paid the first order for and I should wait until my bank refunds me like how is my bank supposed to know I never got my order? It’s been a week now trying to get an update with regards to my refund and they’ve been saying they will call me to assist me further but it’s been a week now! I’m not a difficult customer but the level of inconvenience caused for me on that day truly frustrated me and it is unacceptable. Please do let me know if I’ll be getting my money...

Firstly the lady that helped didn't even open my box for me to see. When I opened my pizza box to eat I realize my pizza is burnt, I take that lightly and say to myself maybe it's just the outside. As hungry as I was I start digging in, my goodness this pizza is not only burnt but is also dry! The crust is dry! My Vienna in the crust is dry and my cheese burnt it doesn't even melt when I take a bite! It was not even cut to the bottom I had to forcedly break it to take a piece! I am not happy at all! Read moreThe service here is not great at all. I ordered online to save time in the line and received a call roughly 5min later saying my order is ready. I was about a minute away when I got there, paid and had to wait over 10min while staff helped the mall staff they knew personally. My order was 69, but everyone else, right to 74 received their order before me. And I actually stood right there, waiting for them, no one bothered to ask me what my order number was.
