Steers Berea Centre — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

I was quite late, food took long, chips were oily cooked and crummy, first king steer was well put together but the patty was cold and a bit tough. Second burger was a chilli cheese beef, burger patty was slipping around, also cold...... i was wondering what steers had competing with the others and... no special chilli cheese sauce, just whatever mayo with jalapeños... just no contest with burger king and macdonalds. Caramel milkshake took quite long, i realise there was some issue, tasted great, tasted like milktart meets fruity yogurt... i had to use my imagination to taste anything remotely caramel... a large milkshake was the same as a medium at macdonalds... convenient but left wanting a steers experience thats somewhat better... this wasnt quality, value yes... but some can be better, this...

We are having a bad expirience with this restaurant, everytime at night we wait so long , there is only two stuff, 1 cashier and 1 back of house, so the boss must fix the beause now is killing the brand with bad service, hope this will be fixed soon,cz we cant wait 1hour or more waiting for a small thing, tomorrow as well i will come if dont change , you will lose...
