Extremely disappointed. I ordered the platter for one on Friday, 2 July 2025. The food was extremely cold. Everything looked a Mish mash and not presented well. The fish had bones in every bite. We asked for grilled and got battered. The lady who served us was unattentive and didn't repeat the order when we asked her to. She simply turned away from us! We literally threw the food out as we would not even hand it to a homeless person because of all the bones! We will certainly not support you again - although I believe it will not be a huge...

Food was pretty good, especially the hake and calamari, although some of the portions like the coleslaw is very small (it comes in a sauce container). Also, please be warned that if you opt for home delivery, you are going to wait at least an hour or more with no indication whatsoever if your order is on its way or how long it'll take, and your phone call to try and find out what the hold up is, will not be answered. In future, I'd much rather go with another seafood outlet on UberEats where I'm at least provided with a time stamp...

Extremely slow turnaround times. We decided to order online for delivery at around 19:50. half an hour later having received no communication from the restaurant themselves, we tried phoning them on the number provided, but there was no answer. Around 20:50 I received a call from the outlet stating that my order will be ready shortly as they are running behind schedule.
