We ordered over the phone. We were informed that the order would take "15min on the dot", according to the lady who help us. I reside 10min away from the store and I waited 10min before I left home to pick up my order. When I got there and paid for my order, I was informed that the order was not ready. When I looked as the board in store, I noticed that our order was only being prepared. I had to wait a further 25min for my order. I should have made like the other 2 customers after me and canceled the order. What a waste of time and pathetic service. It was literally my first and LAST time using your store. I went to buy pizza at Roman’s Pizza in featherbrooke, I got there at 18:27 the cashier that was assisting me her name is Percy with very bad attitude. She took my order and said it will be ready in 20 minutes time, I returned at 19:20 meaning it was beyond after 20 minutes. I was told that my order was mistaken given to another customer and I should take that customer’s order that I didn’t order and apparently the lady that was addressing said she’s the manager.
