If I could give this place a rating less than 1 star, I would.

Where to start... so we went there on 2 occasions: a Thursday and Saturday.

The Thursday when we got there, we ordered beers. Upon tasting the beer we realised the beer was off (rotten). We then ordered another beer, which was also off. This continued for 4 beers, then we finally just ordered an Amstel and that was not off.

Then we ordered pizzas. R120 for a pizza, and then it gets to our table and it is the smallest pizza that I have seen in my life (like Spur kiddies pizza size). To top that, it wasn't even a good pizza. It did not taste great.

We went back the Saturday as we heard their seafood is great and we were willing to give them another chance. Firstly the service was pathetic. My mom waited 20 minutes for a beer. Secondly my dad ordered a beer (the same that he ordered the Thursday) and it was STILL off. Meaning that they have been selling this off beer to clients since Thursday. Then we ordered hake and chips. When it got to us, we tasted it, and realised that it was not cooked through (the hake was still see through and jelly). We sent it back. Then the manager came and gave us a whole speech on how maybe that just is what that specific fish looks like when it is cooked (as if we haven't had hake before). She had the worst attitude. We were absolutely astounded.

Safe to say we are never going back and we recommend that you...

This has been the absolute worst experience that I have had. I am not a person to make a scene or complain but this has honestly been horrible. From arriving and being seated at a slanting outside bar table to waiting 2 hours for service. Our waiter was no where to be seen. We asked politely for service 3 times with no avail. Guests of another table who were leaving saw that we have been sitting waiting as well as the manager on duty. The guests at the table leaving approached us and said that we can sit where they were sitting and nother waiter then told us that we need to move back.

After a 3rd waiter came we were finally moved to an actual table created for people. We then proceeded to wait for our drinks and food which we ordered. When we called our waiter he had an attitude and said that another lady is serving us. We asked him are you not our waiter to which he responded that he is and then walked off.

5 Waiters later and 9 other tables coming and being served before us we finally received our food which was all ice cold. We ordered a pizza, 2 burgers and fish. The yellow oil was seeping out of the burgers and the cheese was solid which tells me that our food has been standing and no one served it. None of us finished our food it was beyond gross.

Our bill was not even small it was R1000.

We will definitely not be back and will not recommend this...

HORROR SHOW....

ARRIVED AT 2:30 TO A SOMEWHAT FULL RESTURANT AND ASKED FOR OUR NAMES TO BE PUT DOWN FOR A TABLE (NO NAME WAS PUT) WE THEN GOT GIVEN BAR SEATS OUTSIDE IN THE MEANTIME AND WATCHED AS 7 PEOPLE GOT SEATED BEFORE US HAVING ARRIVED AFTER. WAITED FOR 30 MIN FOR A WAITER TO SERVE US AND TAKE OUR ORDER FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER 40 MIN WAIT FOR 2 JAM JARS AND 2 MILKSHAKES. WE THEN WAITED ANOTHER 40 MIN FOR A TABLE AFTER BEING KICKED OFF OF ONE WE CLAIMED.( TOLD THE TABLE IS FOR BIGGER GROUPS AND WE MUST WAIT). OUR TABLE OF 4 WAS SHOWN NOTHING BUT DISREGARD AND SNARKY COMMENTS FROM THE WAITERS. ASKED FOR ASSITANCE MULITPLE TIMES TO NO RESULT. WE EVENTUALLY GOT OUR ORDER IN 2½ HOURS IN AND TOOK ANOTHER HOUR FOR THE FOOD. WE HAD 9 TABLES ARRIVE AFTER US , GET SERVED AND LEAVE BEFORE WE EVEN GOT OUR FOOD. WE HAD A TOTAL OF 5 DIFFERENT WAITERS IN THIS TIME ASSIGNED TO US. WE THEN ORDERED A BOTTLED WATER FOR OUR DOG FOR IT TO ARRIVE COVERED IN BROWN RESIDUE THAT STANK!! AT OUR FOOD WHICH WAS OKAY CONSIDERING THE SERVICE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS COLD. GOT GIVEN SHOOTERS AS COMPENSATION THAT TASTED HORRIBLE !!!!!

HAD A GOOD WAITRESS FOR THE LAST 10 MIN AND TIPPED HER R100 FOR HER HELP.

THE WAITERS IN THAT PLACE NEED TO BE CHANGED AND GIVEN AN ATTITUDE...
