So I visit the store on 3 September around 13:00. I am the only customer at the counter. The cashier doesn’t even acknowledge me, despite me greeting her, and I have to wait patiently for her to complete whatever she was busy with. When she does turn her attention to me, she doesn’t even look up when she speaks to me - to the extent that I am not even sure she is talking to me. Terrible customer service. The meal was very good, the person assisting infront refused to give me tomato sauce and tartar sauce, said its not included in the meal il have to buy it seperate, also tried to force me to buy the coleslaw. They can give me sauce with all other meals, i dont know if its cz i didnt wana buy the coleslaw that i couldnt get the tomato sauce for my chips i bought, he just said its rules from head office, that was very off putting.
