Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in South Beach

Unprofessional and rude delivery person. This is the first time experiencing such a bad service from Brickhill. The guy calls and says be is downstairs and I went down immediately and he was no where to be found. I tried twice calling the number he used to phone me and he cut the call. When he gets to me he tells me he had too many orders, who's problem is that? And the dot on the pizza was no longer red and there are no serviette.... I just have no words, if I wasn't so hungry I would have...

Never in my life have I had to wait for +45 minutes for a pizza. What's worse is that there is that screen where orders appear when they are ready to collect only to find out that is just a display. My number appeared on the screen but my pizza was not ready had to wait for another 20 minutes. Such poor service I am very disappointed because this was actually my first time buying from you guys. Me and my friends ordered online from their place at 7 pm (2 hours before closing time) , delivery took more than an hour and I had to call them, when my pizza arrived it was burnt at the edges, and the pineapple on the my veggie pizza tasted funny and Grey residue on it, how unhygienic!
