Kalahari.fish — Restaurant in Westdene

On Saturday the 17th of August 2018 I called in around11:30am ordering 30 burgers that are currently on special, I told the lady helping me that I would fetch them at 4pm. When we got there at 4pm we were told that they were not done and that we should wait until 4:30. At 4:30 no one came to inform us what was happening until I asked around 16:55. We were rudely told that they would be done in fives minutes. I asked to see a manager so I can complain to her but I was never attended to. When we finally got our order at 17:30 they were no foam cups. I went back to inform them that I paid R140 extra because it was a takeaway but I was informed that I would get foam cups. When I went back to tell them that we did not get the cups as per agreement I was told no there is no such, that I misunderstood the lady. It was only the manager told the guy who was rude to me while telling me this that I should indeed get the cups. The guy never even apologized. We left there at 17:45.

This was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it.

Food: was cold, took an hour to get any order including just an order of onion rings later. And we were one of 2 customers at the time. Food is also very dry and bland. At the bathrooms a number of people were protesting and complaining about the food quality being so bad.

Service: we got the bill 2 hours after asking, we got 8 onion rings 1 hour after ordering, our food came one and a half hours after ordering, a table of 5 ladies left without paying because the bill took so long. Our waiter, though polite was not well trained.

Atmosphere: we reserved seating for 10 -15 but we're arranged in direct sunlight. There is no enforcement of the smoking area, people were smoking cigarettes inside as...

I have been a kalahari fish Express customer since the beginning of the year,their service is very fast and very reliable than most of the delivery services you can think of in Bloem,when It comes to the food,you get so much for your money,the food is always well done and it's very very delicious,they have a wide variety of things you can try so you can never get bored of their menu, and the plus side is that they always update their menu for new items and their prices are way too affordable.they don't need a minimum order so you can also save a lot if you opt for a delivery😊so for a service you won't regret opting to,go for KALARI...
