Steers — Restaurant in Windermere

Very poor service, the staff are difficult to interact with and are extremely rude. I asked for a takeaway container for he thousand islands sauce because it doesn't come in sachets and I bought a XXXL portion of chips. The staff spoke to me in a condescending manner and indicated that I must pay for a container, which I had no problem with however they chose to make the entire engagement an argumentative one, which was absolutely no sense! I paid for the container with cash because they refused to swipe my card and was given the smallest possible denomination of change possible along with a very bitter ending to a sale transaction. Just because you're opened 24 hours, is no excuse for compromising service especially given the demeanor of the staff which indicated that they really did not want to do their jobs. Beyond that, the quality of the food was rather poor. Convenience is probably the selling factor however there is literally no other offering...

I am a long standing customer of this Engine Garage on Windermere Road for over ten years. Two weeks ago the staff scratched the paint on bonnet with the pressure hose. Upon speaking to management, we had a gentlemens agreement that management will take responsibility for the damage, which I was then asked to bring through three quotes. My vehicle is just over a year old, meaning that I had to find an approved auto body shop to work on the vehicle. After spending almost two weeks obtaining quotes, the manager sends me the image below and blocked my number on his device. This is extremely unprofessional business practice and treatment especially towards loyal, long standing customers. I was lead on for almost two weeks, spent my personal time and effort into obtaining quotes and this is the response I get. I will never spend another cent at this garage and I recommend you...

The burger was satisfying however the service was miserable !! Not very sure of the cashier's name philiwe maybe ? she was rude to me and waiting for my order I observed that she was also rude to a few customers after me .. There was a misunderstanding in my order and I asked her to void it she said it's already done in a horrifying tone the lady sameera in a second voided my order and we restarted ...
