돌솥밥집 — Restaurant in Busan

This restaurant needs a little boost on cleanliness. The basket the leaves were served on was grimy and contained lettuce leaves that were very small compared to other restaurants i have dined at, There was one waitress who spoke english who took our order and the rest do not speak or understand very little english. It would be nice if they at least understood simple words like rice or soup. She had to go over to the next table to point to their orders to find out what we wanted. They charged more than what we normally spend on restaurants at Itaewon. I would have preferred other side dishes like bean sprouts or kimchi in addition to what they had. Overall, i was not satisfied with the quality in relation to price. As we were all foreigners on our table, two of the waitresses would gesture and speak in Korean then laugh while customers nearby would turn around and look over...

This is an old established restaurant. Was looking forward to some hot stone bowl, but seems the bowl isn't that hot the rice barely sizzle, the bottom of the rice still white. Usually hot dolsot will create a unique burnt texture. Anyway I still support this mom and pop shop. The...

Gibt dort nur zwei Menüs. Beides dolsot Bibimbap. 8000won Eines glaub ich mit Fisch und das was ich hatte erschien mir vegetarisch zu sein. Sicher bin ich mir nicht. Im Bibimbap ist nur Gemüse und ein Spiegelei, das sich in beiden Menüs nicht unterscheidet denk ich. Die Suppe ist das was verschieden ist. Meine war eine Tofusuppe. In Japan würde man Chawanmushi von der Konsistenz sagen, obwohl es nicht nach Fisch oder so geschmeckt hatte.

Sehr klein, und alt. Als würden dort nur die Einheimischen Leute, die im Markt arbeiten hingehen. Es hat ein sehr ulkiges Flair. XD. Essen war nichts besonderes, aber ganz gut. Die Chefin ist auch sehr nett gewesen.
