Atmosphere 9/10 Located in the lively Haeundae district, Dormer sits on the upper floor of a building with wide street views and a big, open layout. The space is wood-heavy and well-designed, offering a variety of seating options, from bar stools to cozy tables. Pop music plays at a pleasant but loud volume. The backbar is impressive and adds to the visual appeal.

Drinks 9.5/10 Recommendation: Cheers to Your Eyes The menu is clean and intuitive, with full descriptions, ingredients, and images showing each drink’s presentation and glassware—super helpful. Glass quality is average, but the presentation and garnishes are unique and well thought-out. They also have nice coasters. “Cheers to Your Eyes” stood out as a signature drink and award-nominated cocktail that fully delivered on taste.

Service 9.5/10 Water and complimentary snacks were served on arrival. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout. Prices are slightly above average for Busan but feel fair given the quality of the drinks...

What a wonderful night at Dormer bar a few minutes away from Haeundae beach. I tried the Busan« o » Mai Tai signature cocktail with naked malt and Asian mint. Strong, yet refreshing, delicious and unique! I was equally impressed by the «G »old fashioned, prepared with sweet potatoes… the region of Yeongdo in Busan is famous for crude sweet potatoes… gold fashion. way better than the old style and probably my favorite of the two! Both cocktails incorporated elements that distinguish Busan from other Korean cities. Me and my girlfriend discovered this place by chance in Busan, but what a discovery it was. The atmosphere is perfect; nice to escape the hustle and bustle of Busan with an outstanding cocktail at hand. As food, I gave 4/5 because we didn't eat anything here, but the snack of caramelized popcorn we got with our drinks was brilliant. I enjoyed my pistachio cocktail immensely and my girlfriend enjoyed her monkey's snack very much as well. If I’ll ever be back in Busan I’ll be sure to visit you again. I highly recommend them!
