Food was great had an eel bowl which was delicious, great texture, sweet and cooked to the point where the points were barely noticeable! Ingredients used were fresh and certainly tasty. My mum had the sea urchin bowl and it too was great had quite some sea urchin for the price and was certainly fresh too not falling apart and not mushy.
Service was fantastic, the chef would come out recommend food and talk to us asking if the food was good. Additionally he was excited to see us wanting to take photos and immediately offered to help us to take photos for us! Last pic with the chef lovely guy!
Lastly, the place was cozy and a modern design with relaxing music to go with the food! Overall if your looking for good seafood in Busan it's a great place if you like Japanese cuisine.

Food: The fresh sea urchin in the rice bowl was sweet, had a creamy texture which melted in my mouth. It was not fishy tasting. The accompanying sushi rice was perfectly seasoned. The salmon uni rice bowl was also very tasty. Using dry crisp seaweed to wrap the seafood made it the perfect bite.
Meals were served on a wooden tray with flavourful banchan sides and clam miso soup. The clams were also quite tender.
Staff The restaurant team is very welcoming and friendly.
Setting: Lovely wood decor with jazz music playing in the background.
Definitely a place to visit for...
