This place is incredible. Jeju is a wonderful place, but this restaurant is no doubt the highlight of my visit to the island. I had the dinner menu with staff recommendations for drink pairings. Everything thing that was served was well apportioned and unique. From the curry poached egg on a pumpkin puree to the truffle-fried mushroom-squid ink toast, everything was absolutely delicious and meticulously prepared. Adding pictures. Enjoy! Just know that the menu is based on local ingredients and the chef's creative musing, so no two meals will be the same. Next time I come to this island I'm having every meal possible here. No joke. Forget all others. This may sound hyperbolic, but forget the natural beauty of the island and visit for the food here! The island and its beauty is just a side dish 😆

The 5-course (exluding amuse bouche/finger food) lunch was great, especially when you consider the price of 35K KRW (drinks excluded of course). What I did not enjoy, though, was that the service was so rushed. Our lunch was scheduled at 12; we were served our dessert at 12:35. This was not because we were fast eaters, but instead, the overall pace seemed to have been picked up to cater to others who were. Because we were being served the next dish before we had the time to finish the one before, we found ourselves without the time to really enjoy the dishes. I could see that each dish was being prepared at the same time for all the guests, so I felt like there'd be no point in asking the chef to take it slow.

I happened to find this place ‘randomly’ via blog and wife’s recommendation. You can expect to drive far out from suburb for this place. However, I can confidently say you won’t be disappointed. For those who sign up for lunch, it’s offered with 5 meal course, whole dinner is at 10 courses. Chef has a great touch on each plates along with knowledgeable staff who will go over each plate every time it’s brought out to you/party. There is a public parking available. Bathroom are equipped outside of the building, but it’s well maintained unlike the expectation. Great collection of wine, which also allows you to choose one that fits the course.
