No clothes iron, no floor towels, no robes—unless the person is just lazy when we requested on May 4, 2023.
When I called again and translated in Korean, the receptionist pretended to type and made me wait before responding “clothes iron is used by hotel guests staying longer”. We are staying for 3 nights. Why is it like this for a 4-star hotel? Spacious rooms, no laundry room inside the hotel. The receptionist wasn’t very friendly at all. I greeted him hello in Korean and he just look at us and proceed to check us in. No smile, no greeting us back in Korean at all. He also is not good with English, I tried asking him but too hard to communicate. He couldn’t help us when we ask for a laundry room. He didn’t understand that we’re asking if he can recommend us a laundromat outside the hotel since they don’t have one. Seriously the hotel is okay but the staff are not trained well and...

A 4 star hotel with excellent location. Lotte mart and emart is just nearby within 5 mins driving Parking is available in the hotel , however some of the lots are very small and suitable only for small vehicles. If you're unsure you can ask a parking attendant to help you park.
The rooms are rather clean and decent. The interior is nothing fanciful but still very comfortable. The price is very reasonable as well. Under $100 for a night's stay. The staff isn't fluent in English but Google translate helps alot. Highly...
Read moreThe stay here in this hotel is very worth it! Got the cheapest price compared to all the countries and cities we’ve been to. There’s an Olive Young store just adjacent to the hotel so perfect for skin care last minute shopping. Got Pizza, burger and beer restaurant adjacent on the other side of the hotel too. Breakfast in the hotel is quite cheap too though we didn’t try. Regular price is 15,000krw for breakfast per person. We paid average of 36sgd per night for a deluxe room so not bad for a 4 star hotel.Only downside is that we got small bath towels. I’m not sure if it’s the custom in Jeju but yeah, the bath towels the hotel gave us is small and same size as a face towel or hand towel.Overall the experience is good and will definitely recommend this hotel. Newly,...
