Delicious food!
However, previous reviews have pointed out there is only one service staff, who also works in the kitchen with the chef. The food is lovely but the one guy is clearly overwhelmed. He partakes in the cooking, the cleaning, taking orders and payments and the service. This has an impact on the whole experience for sure. The situation is understandable but there are a few things to improve the experience.
We were sat down, taken the order and then the waiter disappeared for ages. Customers couldn't even get his attention. So a few suggestions:
If you serve customers their drinks they'll be more patient to wait. We ordered wine, no fancy cocktail that required time to prepare. We were sat down, had empty water glasses and we had to ask for the wine we ordered after 25 mins of waiting. We would have experienced the wait better with drinks in front of us.
When you come back out from the kitchen to serve food, look around. See if anybody needs anything. You were head down straight back in the kitchen. You will have noticed we didn't even have water and the other people who were desperately trying to get your attention.
Serve our starters and that gives you another slot of time to cater for something else. We had half our starters then the main rushed in immediately, and then the other half of our starters...
Consider some form of entertainment to pass the time, which will provide less irrate customers waiting a long time for their drinks and food. Better music, television, simple...

Restaurant is ran by a very small team (1 chef and 1 server/assistant) so expect long waiting times. Went there for dinner with one other party and even with that the waiting time was long. We received our entrees before the antipastas which was unusual but the food was superb. There was an English menu and the server knew a bit of English so no language barrier here!
We ordered a bone marrow rissoto and scallop pesto pasta. The rissoto was pure heaven and melts in your mouth. The scallops were fresh and the pasta had a very good bite.
