This smallish hotel aims to impress with its cool design and in some ways, it has achieved its aim. The hotel does exude a kind of hipster, modernist vibe. Front office staff are polite and helpful, there is ample parking (with valet help), and the rooftop bar is also a nice, hip place to relax in. Location is also fantastic, close to shops and restaurants, as well as the airport. The problem though, lies with the rooms, and the designer may have taken the modernist theme too far. The most glaring problem is the lack of a shower curtain. Half of the sink area got really wet every time we showered, which also means the space to put our toiletries has been halved. The faucet in the sink area also does not extend far enough into the sink, causing considerable back splash. The other problems pertain more to hotel operations rather than guest comfort. For example, I noticed a narrow gap between the bath tub and the wall. How is housekeeping going to clean that sliver of an area? Also, the hotel has chosen a beige tatami like material for its flooring. And stains are visible. Wouldn't a darker, carpeted floor work better? I like the hotel, but it has to improve on these elements to...
Read moreNice decorated affordable hotel with great facilities to work remotely. Good wifi, no problems with zoom-calls. There’s an office-like airconditioned studio with desks&chairs and a coffee machine. Spacious rooms with nice amenities. Located close to the city center of Jeju, so you’ll find many restaurants and bars by walking distance. We were able to park the rental car right outside of the hotel. The car park isn’t very big, but big enough for low season traveling.
A couple of things that could be improved. Staff is nice and helpful. However, they speak limited English and gave up very quick when a question about the wifi was asked. There are no breakfast options at the hotel. You’ll be able to get a cup of coffee, which was nice. There was a certain smell in our room that I didn’t like. Not sewage smell; more like a bad morning breath smell. The rest of the hotel smelt very sweet and flowery, so coming from the hall to the room was...
Read moreThe hotel was easy to find on Naver App, and it also had the options for guest to park at a dedicated carpark or to use their valet options. The service we got was really great! When we first arrive, our car key battery had some issues and the front desk helped to call the rental car company to get some help! And in addition, the next day we needed help to call a taxi which the front desk lady willingly helped! Unfortunately, the only down side was that they couldn’t help us with food delivery as we needed a Korean mobile number to do so. Otherwise, the vibe of the hotel was very modern and clean and the bed was very soft and comfortable! With a 7-eleven just down the street, I will totally recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Jeju City and...
