Visited today and no customer service whatsoever by the young guy behind the till. I wanted to order and pay by cash but guy behind till kept sneezing and cleaning his nose with his arm (health and safety concerns?) Rudely he pointed out to the machine for me to order on the self serving machine. Once the coffee was made, he pointed out for me to collect coffee and order was wrong! I had to ask to a girl to please remake my drink. She was apologetic and even brought the coffee to my table but I was shocked by...
