하르방식당 — Restaurant in Seogwipo-si

Def a local spot! Walked in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, tables half filled. We were the only tourist.

We had an amazinggg meal. Braised cuttlefish was top notch, you must order 2 dishes to get this. I’m assuming it’s the same for the braised mackerel. It comes with two white rice. We also got seafood hotpot which was good, not my favorite in general but it comes with the wild rice. You can grab extra banchan at the station on your own.

Pretty impressed with the efficiency of this restaurant. Only one cook and one waitress. I think the waitress def catered to the locals more over us but still good service overall. Would def...

外国游客不要来这里，这里是会宰外国人的饭店‼️戴眼镜的服务员把我们当成了外国人（中国或西方人），但是我是韩国人，能听懂服务员与厨师的对话。我在1:15左右点了土俗套餐,但是他们强迫我吃鱼,因为猪肉用完了,所以不能做菜。 因为没有选择权，所以点了青花鱼套餐 2人，但是却和照片上非常不同。 我们点了2人份，但只有4块小青花鱼和3块小萝卜。 这个真的是两人份吗❓他们认为我们是外国人，所以给的量很少。 此外，石锅饭中的谷物也与照片非常不同，只有几颗大豆。 一个小时后,另一位客人进来点了土俗套餐，他们却欣然做了我想点的菜。 他们只向外国游客推荐做鱼。 我结账时向服务员抗议,她说猪肉用完了,我点菜时正在备菜, 刚刚的客人来的时候刚好有了，就接受了订单。 他们自己不记得说过的话就说谎了。外国客人千万不要到这家餐馆来吃亏‼️

The waiter with glasses mistook us for foreigners. However, as a Korean, I could understand all the conversations between the employees and the chef. I ordered a local set meal around 1:15, but they forced me to choose a fish dish because they claimed the pork was sold out. With no other option, I ordered two mackerel set meals, but they were very different from the picture. Look, there are only 4 small mackerel pieces and 3 small radishes, even though we ordered 2 servings. Is this really meant for 2 people❓They assumed we were foreigners and gave us less. Also, the grain in the stone pot rice was very different from the picture, and it only contained a few pieces of beans. An hour later, another customer arrived, and when they ordered a local meal, the waiter was willing to cook it immediately. They only recommended fish dishes to foreign tourists. So, when I was paying, I complained to the waiter. She said that when I placed my order, they were cooking, but when the new customer arrived, the dish was ready. They lied without even remembering what they had said. "They exactly have said to me the pork was sold out already lol."

바로 옆 맨도롱 해장국집 왔다가 브레이크타임이 있다는 사실에 좌절해서 바로 옆 하르방식당으로 왔습니다/. 너무 바가고파서 더이상은 기다릴수가 없었어요. 해물뚝배기와 고등어구이를 먹었습니다. 조리시간은 10분 내외. 뚝배기도 맛있고 나르 작은 전복인지 오분자긴지도 두개 둘어있고 먹을만합니다. 한끼 만원이지만 제주에서는 뭐,, 그러려니합니다. 무엇보다도 애매한 3시에 가서 기다리지 않고 바로 식사할 수 있어서 감사했습니다. 입구에 있는 큰 귤 서비스로...
