This is my absolute favourite burger place in Seoul, it’s an absolute hidden gem that is wildly underrated! I 100% recommend trying the signature burger set as the fries and the sauces that come with the set are just as delicious as the burger. The burger itself is massive and it will definitely fill you up quickly, the smashed beef patty is an absolute staple for a good burger and the fried onions add a subtle backend taste that really blends in well with the rest of the burger- the crispy texture adding to the experience of the meal. The sauce are one of my favourite things about this place, I love the range they give you and how well they all go with the burger and the fries- the fries being delicious even by themselves as they have a very crispy outside but they’re also insanely soft on the inside. 그러니까 맛있고 부담스럽지 않고 디테일도 하나하나 살아있어 버거라기보다는 잘 만든 음식을 먹는 듯 한데, 이게 과연 일반 소비자의 구미를 충분히 당기게 할까? 그건 좀 의문…
개인적으로 몇 가지 생각해본건 1.브리오슈 번 맛있는데 너무 물러서 식감이 다 뭉개진다. 근데 요즘 수제버거집은 다 이래서… 고기 비중이 높은 버거라면 이렇게 하는게 정답일텐데, 야채까지 밸런스있게 가져가면서 빵까지 부드러우니까 너무 질척해지는게 아닌가 싶음. 그래서 소스도 따로주나? 2.전반적으로 간이 다 심심함. 나는 안 짠거 좋아하고 맛있긴 한데… 심심하다고 느낄 사람도 많을듯 뭐 이건 개인취향이니까.. 3.향이 조금 부족한 것 같기도. 고기를 더 스매쉬해서 육향을 끌어올리거나, 양파튀김을 하는 오일에 향을 더해야하나? 근데 상당히 어려운 문제인듯 함…
그런데 이정도 수준의 버거를 만드는 집에서 이런 고민을 안해봤을 것 같지는 않고, 아마 이게 사장님들의 선택과 취향이지...
