This was an amazing cafe! The cream castella was incredible and the iced coffee was the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is quiet and great for conversation and the owner and employees are so kind and helpful. We have been to a couple cafes in Seoul so far but this was our favorite.

터키시 커피도 팔고, 이탈리안식 누텔리노 커피도 팔고, 스페셜티 핸드드립도 팔고 있습니다. 로스팅도 골든커피어워드 상패가 걸려있는 등 대단한 자신감을 뽐내고 있고, 로스팅 뿐만 아니라 다양한 수상내역을 볼 수 있습니다. 핸드드립은 칼리타 웨이브 포트로 처음엔 정드립으로 내리다가 어느정도 추출이 되면 푸어오버로 내립니다. 이디오피아 코케허니를 시켰는데, 단맛과 바디감이 잘 추출되었고, 비교적 산미는 잘 감춰져 있었지만, 복잡하고 풍부한 기분 좋은 향이 났습니다. 누텔리오는 엄청난 산미를 베이스로 하여, 누텔라와 생크림과도 매우 잘 어울렸습니다. 단맛과 쓴맛, 신맛의 밸런스를 맞춰가며 먹는 것이 매우 재밌었습니다. 공간도 넓직하고, 편안했으며, 뭔가 미술장식 같은 의자도 좋았습니다.
