Oh my!!! Where do I start...hand made kalgooksu looks no different from others, but he taste is phenominal!!! It's noodle is so perfectly cooked & it's texture is so good it has very pleasing texture. It's made with flour but it dosn't taste anything like flour at all. You would think it's mochi/rice cake/udon when you take that bite. Whatever it is, I hope it mever changes & will stay around for a very long time.
