A Twosome Place Ulji Twin Towers — Restaurant in Seoul

We took a BLT sandwich and Panini from the fridge and handed it over to the staff for payment and they took it to hear it up as well. When i went to pick up my order, they handed me the panini with the drinks, but the staff handed me a carrot sandwich and said BLT sold out and would like to replace it with a carrot sandwich. I immediately said no I don’t want a carrot sandwich i paid for a BLT it even says it in my receipt and i clearly know what sandwich I took from the fridge. The staff immediately went into panic mode not know what to do. They were bickering amongst themselves and 1 particular lady staff definitely was the one to screw up as she kept on giving me the side eyes as to say why wouldn’t i just take the carrot ashwin as replacement.
