BEPVIET Euljiro Main — Restaurant in Seoul

The food was good but the service was BIG NO. Well, I could tell it's bad service even I'm Vietnamese. Firstly, we don't live in Korea so we don't understand Korean and also we don't know how to pay at the table. We asked for pay by cash at check-out. Sorry we don't have any small changes, the owner seems a little bit rude, just took the money and gave us change, not saying anything. For Korean customer, she acted so nice and kindly 😀??
