A Truly Wonderful Experience at Myeongdong Center!
During my trip to Korea, I had the pleasure of visiting the Myeongdong Center, and I just had to share how amazing my experience was—especially thanks to one exceptional retail representative I met there.
From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The retail rep went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable about the products, but their warm and friendly attitude made my shopping experience feel special and personal. They took the time to understand what I needed, offered great recommendations, and made me feel completely at ease—even in a bustling tourist area.
You can tell they truly care about their customers. It wasn’t just about making a sale—it was about creating a memorable moment. Thanks to their help, I walked away with exactly what I needed (and more!), and a great memory from my trip.

Read moreHorrible customer service. Almost got into a fight with an employee. I walk in to do the customizing service. First employee - I ask nicely what the process is and then just tells me coldly - “go pick out a shirt”. I pick out 2 tshirts and then try to begin customizing it. I ask for 1 design and the employee sighs and acts like I’m a total nuisance to him. I kindly ask for another decal and then he sighs again and curses under his breath. At that point, I get annoyed so I say “why are you getting mad at me?” Then he turns to me and says “what?!?” So I say in Korean - “why are you acting so pissed off to me? What did I do to deserve this?” And then he just stands there and stares me down. And I stare him back down. Then he says - “just tell me which decal you want” by that point, I was so mad that I said “no I’m good. I’m out!” Such disrespect and unnecessary. Would never recommend anyone...

When I asked for the size of a shoes , he showed no respect with bad face to me , his attitude is not welcoming. When I get the size of another shoes and try this on , he used Korean to speak with his colleagues and they all at laugh at the same time , which literally makes me feel like so embarrassing and sounds like laughing as me as a tourist. I sincerely hope adidas would take serious consideration to inform this staff about his attitude which doesn’t align with global reputation of adidas.
