Best Pyongyang cold noodle out there. While I find Pyongyang cold noodle from elsewhere really bland and not so tasty, the noodle/broth from here is so delicious and delicate. It's something that grows on you, rather than something you like instantly. The broth has to be tasted with care to feel the subtle flavor. The staff were very nice as well, and we enjoyed our lunch.

송파구 잠실백화점 지하 1층에 위치한 봉피양 롯데백화점 잠실점 다녀왔어요 본점은 갈비를 팔아 구워먹을 수도 있지만 백화점이라 식사 메뉴였습니다 면은 메밀향이 은은하게 퍼지면서 쫄깃 하면서 부드럽게 끊어지는 스타일이었어요 국물은 심심하지만 고기육수의 깊은 감칠맛이 살아있어서 아주 깔끔했습니다 자극적인 냉면에 익숙한 분들은 밍밍하다고 느낄 수 있지만 먹을수록 은근히 중독되는 맛이에요 가격대는 다소 높지만 재료나 맛의 퀄리티를 생각하면 납득되는 수준입니다 추가로 육수를 리필해 따끈한 공깃밥 한그릇 말면 이게 또 별미입니다 밥알이 국물을 쫙 흡수해서 고깃국물에 밥말아 먹는 느낌이 좋았어요 본점과 냉면 자체는 크게 다르지 않았고 면 컨디션이 엄청 좋았습니다 카운터석이 있어 혼밥 하기에도 딱이었어요
