The burger is delicious, what surprised me the most is not the cheese even though it is incredibly eye catching nor the patty does is well grilled on both side and tender inside

But for once it's the salad ! Yes ! 3-4 Whole lettuce at the bottom with chopped lettuce on top really well thought!

Also the music is great (hip hop & rap) but not too loud like most Korean place

햄버거를 쉬지 않고 13년 동안 굽는다는 일은 감히 어떤 일일까, 나로서는 상상조차 할 수 없다. 마흔을 바라보는 나이에는 이런 곳을 만나면 마냥 반가운 마음을 넘어 눈물이 그만 핑돈다. 만든 이가 그 동안 무엇을 포기했고, 결국 무엇을 남기기로 했는지가 너무도 와닿기 때문에. 늦은 가을 오후, 가로수의 단풍이 자욱하게 깔린 한적한 외길 도로 위에 놓여진 햄버거 가게로 들어서니, 유튜브에 널린 가짜 재즈 bgm 대신 Bill Evans의 Autumn Leaves가 정겹게 흘러나왔다. 야외에는 아름다운 도로를 감상할 수 있도록 일부러 밖을 향해 놓여진 테이블이 하나 있었다.

이 곳에만 있는 메뉴인 #시저넘버파이브(베이컨이 들어간 시저샐러드맛 버거)에 식감을 극대화하기 위해 베이컨을 추가했다. 촉촉히 구운 베이컨은 그 자체로 향과 즙을 가져 소스가 필요없는데 반해, 이렇게 튀기듯이 바싹 구운 베이컨은 새큼한 맛이 나는 시저드레싱, 이태리 북부의 대표 경성치즈인 그라노파다노 또는 파르미지아노 류, 그리고 씁쓸하고 향미로운 로메인 즙과 무척이나 잘 어울리는 것 같다.

싱싱한 시저 샐러드를 욕심내어 마구 포크로 꽂아 입 안 가득 와앙 담았을 때의 그 신선함에 더불어, 겹겹이 쌓인 크리스피한 베이컨의 압축된 짠 맛과 패티가 내는 순수한 육즙이 입 안에서 물감처럼 섞여 말그대로 폭발했다. 이 곳의 패티는 후추향이 전혀 두드러지지 않은 생고기에 약간의 소금(건로즈마리가 더해진 감자튀김의 시즈닝을 보면, 아마 일반 소금은 아닐지도)을 사용해 염지한 것이 매우 특이했으며, 비유를 하자면 어깨와 척추의 자세가 매우 올바른 민낯의 여성을 보았을 때 느끼는 순수한 아름다움과 비슷했다. 처음보는 깨끗하고 아름다운 맛의 패티였다. 재료 하나하나...
