Me and a friend booked a room during the first week of February 2017. It was fairly easy to find the place with the instructions given prior the trip. Location is a good and easy walk to the train station, they also have a lot of restaurants in the area and a 7-11 for any items you may need. Aside from check in, staff wasn't really around a lot, which wasn't a problem with us since we didn't need anything from them. I liked that they generally left us alone, but it would've been nice if they were more present just in case we had any questions or concerns. During check in, nothing was really explained to us, like where we could find certain things in the house, etc. We just figured things out as we went along. Bathrooms were all shared by everyone, but was kept very clean. We booked a private room and it was very clean with enough outlets for all your gadgets. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying...
Read moreI actually had such a bad experience with this hostel with the staff being rude, sloppy and unprofessional it left a bad taste in my mouth towards Seoul. They unlawfully deducted money from my credit card and refused to provide me with a receipt. Unfortunately I had to report them to the Korea Fair Trade Commission for unlawful behavior and will go to the police if they are unable to resolve it. Do not risk this place. Go to a place where you can trust the staff, who are professional and who do not take advantage of budget travelers.
