BYCDOL HAPPY FOOD — Restaurant in Seoul

Great food, super friendly service. The place is popular, so you might have to wait 30 minutes or more, but there's cool shops around to check out in the meantime. Plus, the food comes out quickly after you order. As for the food itself, my favorite was the fried pork (pictured), while my girlfriend was a big fan of the mala shang. I expected an American Chinese kind of food, but it was honestly its own kind of thing. It doesn't taste like Chinese food from China, nor Korean style, nor American style. Very interesting layout. Saw signage on the main street, but couldn't enter from there. Had to walk down some stairs, around the building, in front of the window-wall of diners, through an entrance to gift store, and finally the restaurant. It was an adventure just getting to the table. Haha.

Ordered the szeschuan chicken, it did have a nice crunch to it but not much flavor to it besides just a bit of bland spiciness but not like a flavorful spiciness.
