Cobbler — Restaurant in Seoul

This is among the top cocktail bars in Seoul.

Traditional hanok renovated into a very swanky cocktail bar. They have kept the original details of the building and added high quality furnishings.

It’s a small place so you might not be guaranteed a seat when you arrive but it’s worth visiting. If you don’t get in, there are other nice bars nearby to try.

There is no menu, you just tell the waiter what kind of alcohol and ingredients you like then they’ll suggest something for you.

A small food dish is provided free of charge when you order. Other snacks are also available.

I think this is one of the more expensive bars in the area so be prepared for a premium price… but it’s premium quality which makes it...

Lovely first drinks experience on our first night in Seoul. The wait took quite a while, and it was about 30 mins before we got our seat. Once we were in though, we loved the service and atmosphere.

The bartenders speak great english, and can whip up any cocktail to your liking. They also made great recommendations which was great for someone like me who doesn’t know much about cocktails. We also got a free apple cobbler and nuts which was a lovely touch.

Atmosphere is homely and warm, makes you feel super comfortable and at ease. The only downside is that drinks were a little pricy, but I’m told that cocktails in Seoul are...

Really overpriced place. No menu, so you have custom "creation". But they don't have any local alcohol, fruits or flavor. And we received really classic cocktails (one whisky sour and one rhum cocktail using basic and cheap alcohol). All that for 34 euros... Even in Paris cocktails aren't that expensive and are a lot more elaborate 😥 Good place for locals I guess, but horrible for foreigners and tourists that want to discover new flavors and at a reasonable price.
