I arrived the Werner Bronkhorst exhibition entrance at 6:12 this evening due to my flight delay arrival. I know the booth close time is at 6: 00pm, but I'm uncomfortable because of your counter service people was annoying to listen my explanation. I and my two daughters do take airplane visit this exhibition today and will fly back to Taiwan tomorrow. Your service people rejected me entry even though into shop to buy some souvenirs. I am very frustrated your service attitude.

Read moreTicket counter staffs were not friendly and had a long face. The shop staffs and ushers were friendly though. Long lines to change ticket and to enter the exhibition by Werner Bronkhorst. Walk-ins are available as well. Had to go return another day as I was turned away on Saturday due to them reaching full capacity at 5pm. 30% of the artworks were original while 70% were printed on canvas. Read moreWent there for werner bronkhorst’s exhibition. Staffs are so UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL. Tickets can only be bought through either website or at machine. Staffs here have zero assistance on it. I do know cashless transaction is popular nowadays. But having no cash transaction is just inconvenient to tourist. I have been many places to watch an exhibition. This is just simply the worst experience to me, taking a hour to go to the exhibition and fail to see it.
