My best friend and I went to ohnelharu hanbok after seeing pretty good reviews of it online and seeing the pretty designs in pictures. When we were looking throughout the different racks the staff started rushing us and insisting we pick faster (we had been there for around 5 minutes.) after we said we didn’t need help picking, they ended up picking for us. Their underskirts were not good quality and mine had a huge tear. when we came back because we wanted to change our hanbok and rent a new one, they immediately started undressing us in the main area, and ripping the hair accessories out of our hair before even asking us. They also rushed us with sitting down, and didn’t take their time with our hair and we did not think it was in the least professional. There was also an African American woman there, and they were using a super demeaning tone with her and insisting that she doesn’t wear it that long cause she will break it, and overall being racist.
