At this restaurant, they have only recently begun to offer vegan options besides their regular noodle dishes.
They serve a handful of classic wheat noodle dishes and dumplings. Among those are a couple dishes that can be ordered either regular or vegan (marked with a green-colored square on the menu).
The dumplings seem to be handmade and are filled with glass noodles and greens. The broth for Tteok Mandu Soup 떡만두국 and Janchi Guksu 잔치국수 is clearly plant-based and tastes flavorful and savory! Food was filling and can be categorized as carbohydrate-based comfort food for Koreans.
The owner is really friendly and asked for feedback. He said that at the moment, they cannot provide vegan Kimchi because it is more expensive, but if more people keep asking for vegan Kimchi they might change it!

No english menu, so I’ll try my best to explain the menu available. The third photo on my review is the menu. The green tags are vegan option available. From left to right, green tags only: Janchi(warm broth), Bibim (spicy, no broth), kong(soybean broth, summer only), Tteok mandu(warm broth with rice cakes and dumplings), vegan dumplings (steamed).
I highly recommend the Tteok mandu guk, as it is super tasty and it is hard to find this...
