Noiden — Restaurant in Seoul

If you're traveling in Korea and craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine, this restaurant is a hidden gem worth discovering. I tried several dishes during my visit which are nem, pho and bun cha.

The Food: Nem: Crispy and savory, a great appetizer to start with. Pho: Rich broth, tender beef and fresh herbs which is classic and satisfying. Bun Cha: It came with nem and pho dipped in a sweet and sour soup alongside pork and beef. The combination was unique and absolutely delicious.

Bonus Delight: They serve pandan tea which I instantly fell in love with. It’s aromatic, soothing, and pairs beautifully with the meal.

Service: While the staff’s spoken communication wasn’t strong, they made a sincere effort to guide diners using body language, especially when explaining how to enjoy the bun...

One of the better places to get Vietnamese Pho. The flavor is an overall easy flavor to enjoy. If you go for the kalbi option the broth is infused with more meat flavors 👍 Interior is ok, simple play on colors.

An overall good place with decent prices compared to the good portions you get. The staff, which worked the day I visited, was very friendly. Although there is a minimum of contact with staff so rating and giving the service here the same as a full service restaurant wouldn't be fair.

Food seemed to me very authentic, which makes it perfect for anyone missing real Vietnamese food. The restaurant seems to be quite popular, so it is not difficult to have to wait for while if you get there during meal times. The place has a simple but friendly atmosphere and prices are alright. The only negative aspect for me was having or order from my old mobile phone through a QR code but, apart from that, I wouldn't mind...
