Had coffee here everyday for ten days was right next to my hotel four point sheraton namsan. Everyone was very polite, quick service, young staff :) spoke some english. Good latte coffee. Or as they say in Korea "kopee".. I will miss this place. Tried the egg-egg sandwich (just mashed up egg but lots of it!) super yummy and the cheesecake was good too.

이곳은 디비 생명 건물 1층에 위치한 스타벅스입니다. 6시 50분에 방문을 했는데 일단 입장을 기분 좋게 받아주시고 7시에 주문을 받겠다라고 친절히 안내해 주었습니다. 기분이 매우 좋았습니다 이 건물은 매우 신식 건물이기 때문에 스타벅스도 굉장히 쾌적하고 아주 좋은 환경을 제공합니다? 입구 쪽에 배치된 바형 테이블에서는 업무를 볼 수 있는 전원 공급 장치가 마련되어 있고 통창으로 밖이 보이기 때문에 시선이 탁 튀어 좋습니다 점심시간은 엄청 붐비고 화장실은 해당 건물에 있는 화장실을 이용하면 되는데 거리가 약간 있습니다. 내부 있는 것이 아니라 빌딩으로 들어가야 되기 때문에 조금은 불편함 점이 있을 수 있습니다 업무를 보다가 물건을 놓고 화장실을 갔다 온 것이 약간은 불안했습니다 그리고 화장실로 가는 문 앞쪽에 식기를 반납하고 쓰레기를 버리는 곳이 있는데 이곳이 굉장히 비좁고 복잡합니다. 바로 앞에 음료를 받는 곳과 근접했기 때문에 이곳에서 사람들과 자주 부닥칠 수 있습니다. 이 점은 주의하실 필요가 있습니다 아무래도 적은 공간에 많은 고객분들이 오기 때문에 이런 일들이 일어나는 것 같습니다

스타벅스는, 프랜차이즈로서, 맛의 균일성을 보장하기 위하여 여러 브랜드의 커피를 혼합하는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 그렇듯 무릇 스타벅스 매장이라면 커피 및 품질은 보장이 되기 마련입니다만, 지점별로 직원별 서비스는 상이합니다. 이곳 서울역동자동정 스타벅스는 대기업들이 줄지어 있고, 심지어 이곳은 아스테리아 mall의 일부입니다. 또한, 이곳 2층부터는 아마, 기업 소유 것으로 추정됩니다. 평일날 이곳에는 온갖 IT 관련 전공자, 현직자들이 모입니다. 그만큼, 숙련된 직원들도, 아직 숙련이 더 필요한 직원들도, 굉장히 손님을 배려해주려는 것이 느껴졌습니다. 첨부한 사진에서와 같이 간단한 브런치를 주문했습니다. 품질과 서비스가 훌륭하다고 사료됩니다. 저만 알고 있기는 아까워서, 리뷰를, 남겨봅니다.

I will never come back to this Starbuck Location anymore. One employee talked to me in a rude way asking me to leave the shop. The reason was my takeaway cup. She said if I drink here is 20$ charge? I never had problem before with any starbuck. I purchased coffee take away from Starbuck in case I couldn't finish it. I am a foreigner by the way. If there is rule like that at this Starbuck, it should apply to all...
