It was my best pizza in Seoul. I had margarita pizza yesterday. Texture: it is a thin pizza. The bottom is not hard, perfectly crispy and chewy. Flavors: it has a good cheese flavor. I believe they use not just mozzarella only, maybe goat cheese? No need to add parmigiano reggiano. Taste: it is not salty, there is good amount of cheese though. No need to drink soda. Just pizza with wine or sparkling water. This pizza remind me of John's pizza at Bleecker st. in New York. I didn't eat side free dish pickles.
