연남동 혼네와 함께 츠케멘 투탑으로 손꼽히는 논현동 라멘모토를 방문하였습니다. 7호선 논현역에서 반포역가는 대로변에 위치해 있어서 찾아가기 쉽습니다. 자판기주문방식은 이제 한국에서도 일반적입니다. 츠케멘이 M, L 모두 8,000원으로 다른곳에 비해 저렴한 편입니다. 카운터석과 테이블수도 많은편이라 회전율이 빠릅니다. 중앙에 오픈주방형태로 카운터석에서 조리과정을 볼 수 있습니다. 이곳은 면이 베스트입니다. 탄력있고 윤기있는 면은 츠지루(츠케멘스프)에 찍어담궈 나올때 빛을 발하여 숨죽였던 면이 입천장끝까지 빨려 올라옵니다. 그만큼 질감이 좋고 끈기가 있다는 것입니다. 스프는 돈코츠라멘이 베이스로 보이며 걸쭉한 맛은 덜합니다. 통후추로 간을 맞출수 있습니다. 기본토핑도 약하지만 김이 4장이 나오는데, 딱딱하고 두꺼운 일본품종의 김이라 라멘과 조화롭고 맛도 훌륭합니다. 츠케멘은 카라츠케멘(매운맛)도 있으니 기호에 맞게 선택이 가능하고 일반라멘도 판매합니다. 수요미식회나 생활의달인등 방송에도 여러번 소개된 유명한 곳입니다. 맛있게 먹었습니다. 감사합니다.

츠케맨 매운맛에 차슈추가해서 먹었습니다. 쫄깃한면이 최상이라고 느껴져서 맛있게 먹었습니다~ 걸쭉한 육수는 제 입맛에 딱이었지만, 조금 짜게 느껴졌습니다. 제가 간시간이 점심시간 끝나갈 시간이라 불위에 더 오래있어서 그랬을수 있다고 느꼈습니다. 반숙 다마고가 아니고 생계란이라 아쉬웠습니다. 다음에는 반숙추가!!! 차슈도 무난하게 먹었지만, 와~~~ 또 먹고싶어 정도는 아니라 평범합니다. 재방문시에는 일직가서 최상의 조건에서 다시 한번 먹어보고 싶습니다. 김과 밥은 무료추가인데 조금 아쉬웠던건 누룽지가 너무 많이 섞인 밥을 내어주시더라구요... 몇가지 아쉬운점은있지만 맛으로는 별 다섯개가 충분하다고 생각합니당~^^

서울시내 우동 소바 냉면 투어 중임. 오래간만에 츠케멘이다. 항상 멘야산다이메를 다니다가 골프연습장 주변에도 괜찮은 곳이 있다고 하여 방문. 첫 손님이었는데 자리가 한산하다 싶더니 10분쯤 지나자 2/3는 차더라. 츠케멘 라지로 주문. 면의 두께, 감촉, 스프의 감칠맛 등은 괜찮았으나 매장의 청결도(특히 수저 ㅠㅠ), 스프의 염도 등은 개선해야 할 거 같더라. 숟가락을 쓰기 찜찜해서 들고 마셨고, 스프도 츠케멘 치고는 염도가 낮아 들고 마시다보니 이게 라멘과 무슨 차이지? 라는 생각이 듬. 면의 양을 무료로 조절할 수 있는 점은 좋았으나 라지도 양이 결코 많다고는 할 수 없더라. 꼭 라지로 먹을 것.

Very unsanitary. Went there twice and both times found stray hair in ramen. You can see the kitchen staff for yourself and their hair are all out freely, ready to fall into the dish. Don't go. You will lose all...

You get to choose extra noodle option for no fee, which is great if you are hungry. The noodle quality (for tsukemen at least) is also excellent. The tsukemen broth was a bit waterier than I expected but still...

Acceptable taste with reasonable price. The soup is little too soupy but it was alright. Can't compare to the ones in Japan, but it's definitely worth visiting.. only if you live...
