I ordered an ice Americano. An employee who served my coffee was mopping, and she held the mop on one hand and picked a lid with the other hand, even touching inside the lid, and covered my Americano and served. She continued mopping after that.

Technically, she serves customers coffee without changing her gloves while cleaning. This shop needs better...
